All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@sayooowee.com. Verbal or phone cancellations are not accepted. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Late Payments
Payments are due on the agreed-upon billing date. Late payments are subject to a penalty of $100 per day after the due date. OooWee LLC reserves the right to suspend services after seven (7) days of non-payment.

7. Service Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of services. Suspension or termination does not entitle the client to a refund.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting OooWee LLC may result in immediate service suspension. Chargebacks are considered a breach of this policy and may incur additional administrative fees.

9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
